Philadelphia: 1847.  5 x 7 ½ (image).  Lithograph by Thomas Sinclair.  Original hand color.  Large margins.  Old mat burn in margins with minor soiling and stains.  Upper and lower left hand margin corners chipped.  Else, very good condition. 

A lovely scene of Burlington, New Jersey ca. 1847.  This publication contained fourteen views of the city by John Collins.  John Collins was born in Burlington and became a skilled artist and lithographer.  He sold his lithography business to Thomas Sinclair who continued to issue his prints.  Collins issued another publication The City and Scenery of Newport Rhode Island
